A ruthless emperor thinks he has vanquished his enemies by burning a temple to the ground. The survivors have other plans.

Yongzheng, the Qing Emperor, orders the destruction of the Shaolin Temple so as to eliminate the main power behind his enemies. The Temple is completely destroyed by a huge fire, accompanied by rampant massacres. After three years of struggle, the surviving Shaolin disciples decide to assassinate the ruthless Emperor.
