Undeclared War (2001)

Director: Ringo Lam

Starring: Danny Lee, Rosamund Kwan, Peter Lapis

UNDECLARED WAR is an international thriller in which terrorists consumed by hate and sponsored by big money make democracies their target, and the world is poised on the edge of total chaos.

A political potboiler shot on three continents and featuring English, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Polish language! The family of a U.S. Ambassador in Poland is murdered by an international terrorist ring led by Welles and Hussy (the ambassador is Heddison).

The American brother-in law (Liapus), a member of the C.I.A., travels to Hong Kong to track down the terrorist. While there he is paired up with a Hong Kong cop (Lee). Tension builds. Lee's partner (Wong) is a dupe. Kwan is Lee's reporter girlfriend. A big business conference is being held in HK and Welles seeks to mess it up.
